Weight Loss: Week 4

Posted by AFarmhouseFull on February 13, 2013 at 5:50 AM

Week 4

POUNDS LOST THIS WEEK: 1

TOTAL POUNDS LOST: 5.5

POUNDS LEFT TO LOSE: 14.5

WORKOUTS THIS WEEK: 4

EATING NOTES: Rough....that is one way to describe this week.  I was SO hungry from nursing that it was killing me to keep my portions small.  I gave in and allowed myself to pig out a bit and really didn't expect to lose anything this week. I would have been happy with holding.  Needless to say I am very happy at my -1.  I am trying to do better this week.

Great job! I have hit that stage of "oh my need to get some effort into this". After tracking what I ate I realized too much is not in a food group (cheezits between fixing kids meals!) and I am snacking way more than I am used to. Good news-it explains not loosing any more weight, bad news-it has become waaayyyy too bad a habit:) Now to work on it!

If you are aware about your health and fitness then reading this type of article is really useful. With the help of best weight loss supplements gaining fitness is easy.

About Me:

I am a wife to my amazingly handsome, multi-talented, God-centered husband, Mike.  We have been married since I was just a baby after being high school sweet hearts FOREVER. The Lord has blessed us with (soon to be) 6 beautiful babies that challenge and bless us daily! I am a homeschooling mom and LOVE it!  We live on a handful of acres alongside a shallow creek and have slowly been turning a house (that we built in 2005) into a home. We have raised pigs, bees and chickens (and of course kids!) over the years.  I also love to grow and perserve my own food (there is just something about it that makes my heart smile), tackle home projects both big and small (I am a contractor's daughter), read, sew, quilt, crochet, knit and try to keep an open "Mary" home of hospitality (Luke 10:38-42).
